Juan Carlos is Viva Aerobus CEO, Mexico´s Ultra Low Cost Carrier. He was part of Viva Aerobus’ founding team, he started in the Commercial Department and became CEO in 2010 at age 29. Since then, Viva Aerobus has grown with a CAGR of 25%, led a fleet transition for a young fleet of 37 A320s and has over 20% of the Domestic Market share. Juan Carlos has a bachelor on Industrial Engineering from Monterrey Tec University and a Master Degree in Public Policy from Public Policy School of Tec de Monterrey.

Carlos Constandse Madrazo was born in Mexico City on September 21st, 1947. His academic education took place at the Colegio Alemán, the Instituto México, the CUM, and the Iberoamericana University, where he made the friends and partners with whom he went on to form the construction and hotel companies that became fundamental pieces in the development and success of Cancun as a tourist destination. He arrived in Cancun in 1974 with his family, as a founding member of RITCO Group, working in projects and construction that was predominantly for the tourism industry. Additionally, he was a founding member of Palace Resorts Group, where he coordinated the architectural plans, construction, and hotel operation of the Cancun Beach Club Hotel, Cancun Palace Hotel, and Sun Palace Hotel. In 1988 he became a founding member of Experiencias Xcaret consortium, which operates the parks of Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-Há, Xenses, Xoximilco, Xenotes, Xavage, Xichen Tours, Destino Xcaret and Hotel Xcaret México as well as Delphinus: attractions that last year welcomed more than four million visitors. In addition to his corporate activity, he has contributed in various social and ecological projects of Cancun and the State of Quintana Roo. From 2001 to 2003, he was chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Caribbean Business, of which he is now a permanent board member. Currently he participates as a member of the State Council of Nafinsa and the Consultative Regional Council of Banamex in Quintana Roo. He is a member of the civil association of the Security and Justice Table of Cancun and Isla Mujeres, a founding member of the Board at La Salle University in Cancun, and participates on the Board of Directors of the Universidad Del Caribe. He also serves as National Councilor of the Mexican Red Cross, is Chairman of the Red Cross State Council in Quintana Roo, and the Local Council of the Delegation of Cancun. He is a founding member of the Civil Association of Amigos de Sian Ka’an, a foundation that develops projects to protect and enrich the biosphere reserve in the State of Quintana Roo as well as other environmental projects that benefit the entire State. In 2004 he founded and lead the association Grupo Quintana Roo Participa, A.C., a body composed of prominent businessmen who are economically and socially entrenched in the State, whose mission is to participate in the social, legal, economic and sustainable development of the State of Quintana Roo. He is also president of the Gente por la Gente Foundation, an organization sponsored by Grupo Quintana Roo, that is focused on developing, promoting and sponsoring projects to benefit the most vulnerable sectors in the fields of education, sports, culture, environment and support aid agencies for the citizens, such as the honorable Fire Department and the Red Cross rescuers. He is Chairman of the patronage of Ecopark Cancun, A.C. which coordinate the development of Parque Cancún (Cancun Park), a large free public park in downtown Cancun area, benefiting the entire population of the city. The park has 234 hectáreas (578 acres). Since the municipalities of Solidaridad, Puerto Morelos, Benito Juárez and Isla Mujeres are conurbed, he is currently carrying out the analysis of infrastructure projects that must be executed jointly between these municipalities, such as the study of quality, use and destination of the water from the water table, residual waste, mobility and building regulations.

Founded in 2011, Grupo Topaz holds controlling and operating interests in Jaguar Exploration and Production, a privately owned Mexican oil and gas company holding 11 on-shore blocks in the country, and Talisis, the largest learning and educational service network in Mexico with +190 learning centers and +150,000 students. Additionally, Grupo Topaz is leading an urban regeneration project, 6 million square-feet, in Monterrey’s city center. Prior to co-founding Grupo Topaz, Dionisio held several roles in Grupo Alfa’s Nemak subsidiary and began his professional career as an Associate with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Dionisio holds a Bachelor’s in Management Science and Engineering, with a special focus in Financial and Decision Analysis from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of Minera Autlán, Stanford Undergraduate OVAL, and Harvard University’s DRCLAS and has participated in social and economic development NGOs such as Mexico en Movimiento, Mexicanos Primero, UNIDOS as a Fellow of the Trilateral Commission, amongst others.

Matt O’Neil runs a content and marketing agency named Ichi Go. Since inception three years ago, Ichi Go has worked with the Dallas Cowboys, Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers, NY Jets, NJ Devils, several universities and many early stage companies in various industries. Prior to starting his own firm, Matt ran the entire Dallas Cowboys brand for five years, leading all marketing, content, and events. Prior to that, Matt was the VP of Marketing at the New York Red Bulls, of Major League Soccer. In addition to overseeing all the marketing, video production, and game entertainment, Matt was a liaison for Red Bull, the energy drink, charged with infusing the Red Bull brand into the entire soccer fan experience, on the pitch and off.

As chief operating officer and general manager, Dave Brown oversees all aspects of operations of American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, one of only 9 NBA/NHL arenas in the world.  His duties include the programming of events, managing facility services, and capital improvements for the Center.  He previously held the same position at Dallas’ Reunion Arena and has been involved in major sports facility operations for over 30 years. Brown holds a degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University and is an active member of both the International Association of Venue Managers and was instrumental in the formation of the Dallas Sports Commission in 2014. Brown is the chair-elect of VisitDallas and current vice chairman of the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association.  He also serves on several civic boards including Downtown Dallas Inc., Dallas All Sports Association, and After School All-Stars North Texas.
